You can now place your orders online and pay by credit card for Scholastic Book Clubs! Here's how it works:
1. Use the information below to access the Scholastic Book Clubs web site:

2. Browse the titles with your child, and place your order with your credit card. (Email Marla at archereading@gmail.com if you don't see the catalog you need. I can only post 5 ctalogs at a time.)
3. Your order will directed to me on the website, and your credit card payment will go directly to Scholastic's secure server.
4. After I submit the entire group's order to Scholastic, your order will be delivered to me and I will get the books to you.
All orders are due the 15th of every month.Order forms for Scholastic will still be available at the monthly meetings and at Workshops.
Put the completed forms and payment in the "Book Club Orders" folder at the monthly meetings or Workshops (unless you are placing your order online).

Box Tops For Education
ARCHE received a check for $91 this month for Box Tops you collected from November through February. Thank you!
Thank you for continuing to clip and save Box Tops for ARCHE! I will send in another batch before summer, so keep them coming! You can put them in the "Box Tops" folder at the monthly support group meetings and Workshops, or give them to me.

The Pasta House Co. - Reading, wRiting and Ravioli
This reading program rewards kindergarten - 8th grade students with a coupon for a child's ravioli, salad and drink.
The goal is to read 500 pages or 10 books (with a report on each book) each month from September to May.
This is due by the end of each month!!! E-mail Marla at archereading@gmail.com with your child/ren's names and the number of coupons earned.
Pizza Hut Book-It Program
The deadline to participate in the Book-It! program for the 2007-2008 school year has passed. Please check back in late spring for information on next year's program.

When a child meets a monthly reading goal [set by you], the teacher [or parent] gives him or her a Pizza Award Certificate. The child brings the certificate to a Pizza Hut restaurant where he or she is given a free one-topping Personal Pan Pizza.

Pizza Hut is proud of all BOOK IT! Readers! The restaurant manager and team congratulate every child for meeting the monthly reading goal.
Recognition
On the first BOOK IT! visit to Pizza Hut, the child is presented with at BOOK IT! card and sticker to recognize the reading achievement. On each subsequent visit, the child is rewarded with another sticker. If a child meets the reading goal in all six months of the program, he or she receives a BOOK IT! All-Star Reader Award from Pizza Hut.

Raging ReadersThe Raging Readers program for the 2007-2008 school year is over! Participants can check back later for ticket information.
How it works:
1. K - 4th grade must read at least 150 pages and 5th - 6th must read at least 300 pages just for fun! (Remember school work doesn't count!)
2. Keep track of your pages on the chart. Remember to have your parent/teacher initial your entry.
3. Read your required pages between November 3rd and December 10th. Turn in your charts to your teacher/Mom on time.
